Fees

At REALTY WORLD-Harbert Company, Inc, we do not believe in hidden and/or upfront fees. We do not charge any fees until your property is leased! There is a $500 administrative fee(per lease) and a 10% monthly fee for the term of the lease. We also offer a leasing service that is 7% of the annual lease amount.
