If I could give Brian 10 stars for knowledge and responsiveness, I would. He was amazing with both the sale of our previous home and in the purchase of our new home. He knows the Indy market, is amazing with comps and tells it straight. I cannot recommend him more highly!

I'm VERY impressed with this realtor. He always responded promptly - immediately, in fact -- and he's very knowledgeable about everything that has anything to do with selling or buying a home. He has great "people skills" and I think that had a lot to do with selling my home so quickly for a very fair price. (My home was NOT the kind of home that would sell itself!) I would highly recommend Brian. He always responded within minutes anytime I needed to contact him for viewings or with questions. He is straightforward and honest. When we toured the house he pointed out good things as well as things that needed attention that assisted me in making the best decision for me. Very knowledgeable, and responsive.
