1) Have you reviewed your curb? First chance to make a first impression live. Make the most of it. A fresh coat of paint on the trim or door, updated landscaping and fresh mulch can make an impact to help get buyers in the door. Why is this important? The market is turning here. This is why making your home as appealing to a broad audience as possible will help get it sold sooner rather than later.

Even minor updates like painting the kitchen can help bring that broader buyer pool to your home.
3) Bathroom are another selling point. Small updates like replacing faucets, hardware or showerheads can give the bathroom a fresh look.
4) Outdoor living spaces-how is this looking and could it be inexpensively pdated? Seating area with a fire pit can be done inexpensively. This can feel like additional living areas for potential buyers.
