There are to be three non contiguous sections with price range varying with the sec tions.  There is to be a Dog Park and Pickleball with the first residents in the community projected to be in 2026 with a full build out being projected by 2030/2031.

 

The Master Developer is Apollo Developers.  The Property Owners are The Walker Family.  The Land use Attorney is Van Valer Law Firm.  The Civil Engineering Design is with Weihe Engineering.
