He has great "people skills" and I think that had a lot to do with selling my home so quickly for a very fair price. (My home was NOT the kind of home that would sell itself!) Trisha was so patient and helpful. She was knowledgeable and responsive to questions we might have had that she didn't have immediate answers to. Here is the difference between Brian and most other realtors. The paycheck doesn't come first for him. I have worked with Brian as a buyer and his first priority was to educate me on homes. The very first home we looked at, Brian pointed out things about the home that worried him or that may need attention and/or repair. He basically gave me a list of pros and cons so that I could make an informed decision on whether to purchase the home. We ended up passing on that home and making an offer on another home. Brian made the purchase process so smooth. He took care of everything so I didn't have to worry about anything.....he even provided me with information I would never expect a realtor to provide! He is all about going above and beyond what one would expect from a realtor. I would recommend Brian to anyone who needs a competent and caring realtor to represent them.

Brian is a rock star! I simply cannot say enough good things about him. We were completely ignorant of the home purchasing process and he was straightforward, honest, and is extremely knowledgeable. He taught us what we needed to be cautious about and what things would need to be addressed in order to qualify a home for a FHA loan. He fought for us like Rocky did for Adrian. When we found the listing on Brunswick I sent it to him at 7:30 at night. Brian called us at 8:30 and showed us the home at 9PM. We were the very first people to see the home. We gave him the go ahead to submit our offer and he submitted it within hours. Our home was only listed for 6 hours total! In today’s market you have to have an agent who is willing to work hard for you and Brian is the best there is. He has my business for life and my family’s as well.
