Brian Harbert is truly a master of his craft, but what sets him above the "other realtors" is how relatable, personable, and compassionate he is with his clients like myself. I didn't know Brian when someone gave me his info, but upon the first phone call and house showing, it was obvious he was just a normal, down-to-earth, family-man like myself. BUT with an expert-level knowledge base and background of the housing market throughout Central Indiana. Home buying/selling can be a learning process, yet I gained so much free education and was able to avoid the risk thanks to Brian and his guidance. No matter the question (trust me), Brian was always there to provide answers and honest feedback. Did I mention he stuck with me and helped me find a home to buy throughout the entirety of a global pandemic (thanks COVID)? 2 whole years. He will NOT LET YOU SETTLE for less than what you're looking for. Brian was always available for questions/updates and made me feel like the house I was searching for was the house he was searching for as well. Pam is great to work with. She was quick to respond when we had questions about a property for sale. She was able to provide us with comparable pricing for similar properties in the area. Pam also helped to identify some good due diligence items to check into before our purchase. Pam made the closing very smooth by coordinating with the title company and ourselves to make sure all document information was complete. Pam is a pleasure to work with and very motivated in her work.

I would highly recommend Brian. He always responded within minutes anytime I needed to contact him for viewings or with questions. He is straightforward and honest. When we toured the house he pointed out good things as well as things that needed attention that assisted me in making the best decision for me. Very knowledgeable, and responsive. I can't say enough good things about him. He even contacted me after closing to make sure I was happy with the whole process.

Brian was a tremendous help in finding my first and forever home. He asked what I was looking for and only found homes that he knew I would be interested in. When requested, he also gave me a few options for people to inspect the home and to explore insurance options. He has kept in touch with me for over 1.5 years and has always been happy to point me towards people for any work I wanted to do on my home when I requested help. So far, only things that I wanted to upgrade. . In my experience, he has been 100% trustworthy, so if he recommends someone, I will also trust them too. Brian is honest, respectful and professional.
